variety of food preserving products. Basic single and even
more specialised raw materials including sugar, starch, hydrocoloids, animal and plant proteins
have been sold by our company. Our principle is to
produce flavorings and other food solutions dedicated to an individual product
in a form of ready made
aromatic mixtures.

In our range you will
find a variety of mixtures necessary for preparing a high quality injection and pouring brine. We use different types of ingredients in the reconstituted
product. We can also prepare brine
products including or excluding specific raw materials for various primary and final products. In this respect, we are flexible enough to
cooperate with you.
FUNCTIONAL FOOD ADDITIVES FOR THE PRODUCTION OF SAUSAGES
In the brine range we create different solutions for thick, medium and fine shredded cold meats suitable for a specific type of a raw material, its efficiency, the applied technology, the dedicated heat treating, and the final aroma and spice bouquet. It is also possible to preapre a personalized solution based on individulal parameters and the product characteristics including the label parameters and the product declarations.
PRESERVATIVES
In our offer you will find a wide range of preservatives for
meat products, ready made meals, semi-prepared food and other groups of concentrated sauces,
desserts, drinks etc. Our experience and offering products are based on the
standard solutions conforming to the EU regulations, including interesting, innovative designs based
on products excluding food additives ‘E’ being heat treated
and both safe and effective for raw
products.
MEAT MINCING
SUBSTANCES
In this group of our offer you will find meat mince substances for water binding made
by muscle proteins dedicated to cold meats of a different level of
crushing. Our substances include: decresing the technological defects, improving the structure and
texture of ready made products, its
membrance and also the colour stablilization, preventing
from the oxidation and other negative product alterations. We can offer them in a phosphate and non phosphate version.
SPICE MIXTURES
Here we can offer the widest range of services. We use spices from the best Polish and
foreign producers. We
carefully choose proportions for specified
groups of products. The main purpose of our spice mixtures is the respect for the harmonized end
result, in which a specialised spice mixture shows the most
valubale product parametres. Spice mixtures can be also prepared individually in hire, for the customer’s need with a
specified packaging and in single or
multipack size. We take inspiration from different parts of the world.
AROMAS AND EXTRACTS
This wide part of our offer consists of several hundred
positions of various aroma’s types and forms of different origins and applications. Including plant and
animal fat we create a huge resource base in the respect of meat and sweet or dry flavorings.
Our specified food aromas apart from
having their main function they also possess the characteristics
of masking flavours (‘taste off’) and flavour enhancer (
‘full of taste’).
On the basis of single products we can also produce unique multi
ingredient mixtures for specified group products or on special client request
according to the suggested food recipes. We are available for you here offering the carriers and specified additives of type E etc.
ANIMAL AND PLANT
PROTEINS
We sell a wide range of animal and plant proteins . Our
offer includes proteins of one category and also a mixture of both of them. The best -selling are soya
proteins of peas, rice etc. The pork, beef, poultry proteins and their non-specific
variations take priority in the animal category.
PHOSPHANE MIXTURES
We offer single phosphanes and phosphane mixtures which are subjected to rigorous quality assessment before they are put in our offer.
We also would like to note that our phosphates and phosphate blends are effective in activating proteins which increases the final product efficiency without changing its recipe. Physico-chemical properties of our phosphates and their technological advantages including improving of efficiency, particularly ‘ defective and weak muscles’ have been recognised by the leading food producers in Poland. Our phosphanes are also used to make our other products including meat mince and brine mixtures for meat products of different efficiency.
STARCHES AND HYDROCOLLOIDS
In our offer you can find raw, native, differently modified and of other origins
starches ( acetylene, oxidised). We can offer potato, wheat, rice starches etc. We are happy to answer all
questions about this subject. There is also a wide range of
hydrocolloids including carrageenan, alginates, gum and other types of thickeners and also various fibres.
